If you wish to make a short presentation at our July 10 meeting on Zoom, we ask that you complete the questionnaire and email it to us by July 8.  

If you wish to make a short presentation at our August 14 meeting on Zoom, we ask that you complete the questionnaire and email it to us by August 7.  

Click on the questionnaire that corresponds to the office you seek.  Then at Google Docs click on File, Download to download a copy of the questionnaire in DOC or ODT or RTF format and fill it out on your own computer.  Then email the completed document to i[email protected] in that format.
